My story

From engineering to inner work

I hold a degree in electrical engineering, but my real education began in 2004, when a journey of self-discovery through mantra meditation revealed the unconscious thought patterns and limiting beliefs quietly running my life.

That discovery became a calling. I trained as a certified life coach through Mindvalley, drawing on the work of Napoleon Hill, Dr. Joseph Murphy, Eckhart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, and Neale Donald Walsch, alongside the teachings of Buddhism.

In 2021, living through the pandemic in New York City, I noticed how many of the people closest to me were caught in constant worry, unable to find steady ground. That observation became the seed of my 12-session program: a practical, step-by-step way to work with the mind instead of being run by it.

"I aspire to empower people with the ability to understand the power of their thoughts and become aware of their feelings, and in doing so, they will learn to manifest the life of their dreams while living in peace."

Who this program is for

For people who are capable, accomplished, and quietly stuck

Most people who book a free intro call aren't in crisis. They're managing well from the outside, but caught in overthinking, old patterns, or relationships that feel harder than they should be. Here's what a few of them found through the program.

It gave me better confidence to navigate challenging situations and has positively influenced my attitude and perspective towards the people around me.

Sudhir K Jain

I was completely unaware of my constantly chattering mind and how my own thoughts had created the reality I was living in. These sessions are helping me heal the past and be happier every day.

Aarti Singh

The simple techniques of manifesting have become part of my life, and many times I see instant results. I am happier and more peaceful each day.

My journey

The story behind the program

Every step of the program comes from somewhere real. Here's how it came together for me, one chapter at a time.

2004

A degree, and a question

I graduated with a degree in electrical engineering, the kind of milestone that is supposed to answer the question of what comes next. Instead, it raised a different one. Beneath the achievement sat a quiet emptiness, a sense that something essential was missing. That feeling became the start of my search.

2004–

An hour a day

I began a daily mantra meditation practice, an hour each morning, with no real plan beyond curiosity. Over months and years, that hour became a window into my own mind: the patterns I repeated without noticing, and the beliefs I had carried since childhood without ever choosing them.

2005–2021

Living it out

I married, started a family, and built a life surrounded by people I loved. The tools I had been quietly developing were not theoretical. I leaned on them through the ordinary, daily friction of life: the arguments, the setbacks, the moments that used to derail me and increasingly did not.

2021

A pandemic, and a pattern

During the pandemic, living in New York City, I noticed something. The people closest to me, friends and family I cared about, were caught in the same loop: worry about what might happen, replaying what already had, unable to find solid ground. I realized that most people have no idea how much power their own minds hold, or how directly those thoughts shape the life that follows.

2021–now

Power of Your Mind

That realization became the program. I trained as a certified life coach through Mindvalley and built a 12-session course distilling everything I had learned, from Napoleon Hill, Dr. Joseph Murphy, and Eckhart Tolle to Wayne Dyer, Neale Donald Walsch, and the teachings of Buddhism, into a practical, step-by-step path anyone could follow. Today I work one-on-one with students who are exactly where I once was: capable, accomplished, and quietly stuck.

A different lens

Are you the architect of your life, or just a spectator?

Every challenge has a root and a branch. The root is the belief or thought pattern running quietly underneath, often inherited or formed without your noticing. The branch is what shows up in your life: the stress, the friction, the feeling of being stuck. Most of us spend our energy trimming branches. This program works at the root, so the same problems stop growing back.

01

Why do we face challenges in the first place: are they obstacles, or invitations to grow?

02

Do your thoughts shape your world, or does your world shape your thoughts? The link runs both ways.

03

Can you influence your life's path, or are you only along for the ride? The mind is the key to a transformed reality.

"The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another."— William James
